Patient Satisfaction Awards
We are proud to announce that we’ve won five 2020 Patient Satisfaction Awards! The Patient Satisfaction Awards program was created by Plum Support Services to “recognize and celebrate facilities that work tirelessly to provide an outstanding patient experience.” Awards are based on short-stay patient satisfaction surveys administered by NRC Health between September 2019 and August 2020.
Outstanding Nursing Team
Awarded to the facility with the highest combined overall satisfaction for “Quality of Nursing Care” and “Answering Call Lights”.
Outstanding Culinary Service
Awarded to the facility with the highest overall satisfaction for “Quality of Meals”.
Outstanding Admissions Team
Awarded to the facility with the third-highest overall satisfaction for “Help with the Admissions Process”.
Outstanding Customer Service
Awarded to the facility with the third-highest combined overall satisfaction for “Responsiveness of Management”, “Care/Concern of Staff”, “Respectfulness of Staff”, “Choices/Preferences”, and “Competency of Staff”.
Outstanding Housekeeping Services
Awarded to the facility with the third-highest overall satisfaction for “Cleanliness of Roon/Surroundings”. This year, there was a tie for the bronze award.
